Michael has built his career at the intersection of transportation, talent, and agent development. As Senior Director of Agent Recruiting, he leads Red Wolf’s effort to identify established freight agents and connect them with a platform built around one principle: Red Wolf wins when its agent partners win.

Before joining Red Wolf, Michael spent nearly five years as Director of Recruiting at Dupré Logistics, where he led recruiting efforts and helped strengthen the company’s driver-focused hiring strategy. Earlier, he developed freight-agent networks and supported brokerage growth at ARL Transport, Deep South Freight, and Commercial Hauling.

His leadership approach combines transparency, accountability, and measurable performance with the human connection required to earn trust and build lasting partnerships.
